Millegusti Ramen

Excellent ramen and excellent dumplings. We tried ramen number 2, with pork belly and a very unique spicy broth. The other ramen was with black garlic oil, and the broth was also unique and truly delicious. The glass fish dumplings were an unexpected discovery. You could taste the sweetness of the cuttlefish and shrimp, pairing perfectly with the saltiness of the soy sauce. The truffle dumplings and the classic steamed dumplings were equally good. We'll definitely be back to try the other ramen and dumplings.

What can I say... Absolutely amazing and the best, personal opinion, Asian cuisine restaurant in Taranto hands down. Possibility of paying a la carte or with a fixed menu (today €12.90 1 appetizer 1 ramen 1 drink). Absolutely affordable prices, we wanted to overdo it and ordered 2 beers each... €45. Everything cooked on the spot and handmade. The owners are exquisite people. Absolutely worth a try

If you like Japanese cuisine, you have to go to Taranto. There were five of us and we had a delicious meal, and we were stuffed. We paid a total of 155 euros. We would go there again and again. The food was delicious, top-notch.

If you love ramen like I do, Millegusti Ramen is a must. As soon as you enter, you are greeted by a warm, fragrant and super cozy atmosphere, with that aroma of broth that immediately makes your mouth water. The menu is a little trip to Japan, but with some creative touches that make everything interesting. I tried the tonkotsu: creamy, rich, with bacon that melts in your mouth and a textbook marinated egg. Even the most “fusion” ramen are a pleasant surprise, like the one with truffle (yes, you read that right: truffle!). Generous portions, fair prices and friendly but never intrusive service. Ultimately? If you are in the area and want to pamper yourself with a nice steaming ramen, Millegusti is the right place.

I was there this evening. The atmosphere was welcoming, with chill music, very distinctive, and wonderful. The staff were helpful and very kind. The service was very fast. RAMEN: TOP 10/10 I've tried many ramen around the world, and I have to say this is one of the best. The broth is excellent, not too thick, and it's bursting with flavor. I'll definitely be back. The noodles, I think, are handmade; they're very good.

A new restaurant opening that's different from Italian cuisine is always a wonderful thing, and it's great that Taranto is moving in a more open direction. I highly recommend this restaurant; go support the Chinese community.

We went yesterday for the first time. I'd heard great things about it, and since it's the first ramen restaurant in Taranto, I wanted to try it. The place is truly beautiful; as soon as you walk in, you feel like you've been transported to Japan. The menu is accessible via QR code, and there's a wide selection of dishes, with all the necessary specifications, and you can add or remove items (if you have any intolerances) yourself. The staff is always very attentive and extremely polite (so much so, unfortunately, that we're no longer used to it). The dishes are beautifully crafted, and the taste of the ramen exceeded my expectations. I recommend everyone try this new experience...you won't regret it.

Absolutely the best oriental cuisine in Taranto! Everything was delicious, the Gua bao, which I normally don't eat at other places, were out of this world, the grilled ravioli and the beef ones, I could have eaten them forever, they were so good, the stir-fried ramen was also spectacular! 5 stars are too few for this place! And the service deserves praise too! The place is very cute and well-kept! The prices are excellent, we spent around €30 per person but we ate so much. We definitely want to go back!

I went there for dinner with a friend of mine and we had a really great time. The staff was very kind and attentive. The food was good, tasty, and the ingredients were top-quality. The ambiance was also impressive... everything was well-thought out and the price was very reasonable.

Wow, a truly sublime ramen and what can I say about the Indian fig ravioli filled with pork, chicken and prawns, a burst of exceptional flavour, congratulations, a thousand flavours, thanks for everything

We had lunch at this new restaurant, which recently opened. It's a beautiful location with attention to detail, excellent food, and professional staff. Compliments to the waiters and chef! The owners, especially, are friendly and cheerful. We'll definitely be back! Very soon. Prices are reasonable.

I went with my girlfriend for ramen for lunch on Sunday. Excellent service, very kind and helpful waiters. Excellent ingredients, and excellent value. I recommend it.
